PDF Application of Full Certification Service provides an approval of the year-end financial statements and tax review by the approval authority, under the law no 3568, of real persons and legal entities subjected to the Turkish Income Tax Law. Ministry of Finance evaluates the institution as risk analyzing mechanism and the body states that there is no need for an extra annual audit if the company has taken the Full Certified Report authorized by the chartered accountants holding the approval authority, except notification and other special cases.
