The seminar named "UMS 1 " organized by As / Nexia Turkey, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringe, Çukur & Yılmaz Partner Law Office and Turkey Construction Industry Employers' Unions( INTES) to discuss the legal issues, solutions regarding construction projects and contracts in Russia, has been held in Ankara Sheraton Hotel on 02.06 2009.
The seminer opened with the introduction speech of Sukru Kocoglu,Chairman of Turkey
Construction Industry Employers' Unions( INTES). It was followed by Tugrul Ozsut from
Nexia Turkey and Devrim Cukur from Cukur & Yılmaz Law Office.

During the seminar , construction contracts and problems and related solutions was
discussed with the participation of Freshfields Russia Office represantatives, Hervey
